Impact Marketplace Terms and Conditions for Rotary Clubs

1. Overview

The Impact Marketplace, powered by Our Mayberry®, provides Rotary clubs with a powerful fundraising tool while supporting the Alzheimer’s / Dementia Rotary Action Group (ADRAG). Clubs can generate funds effortlessly through three key features:

  1. Curated Product Marketplace – A ready-to-use online store filled with products available for purchase, with a portion of each sale supporting ADRAG and your club.
  2. Digital Gift Cards – Over 400+ major brand gift cards available for purchase, turning everyday spending into impactful fundraising.
  3. Business Directory – Clubs can provide free listings for local businesses, giving them visibility while allowing them to participate in the giving model, where they can choose to contribute a percentage of sales from their products or services to ADRAG and the club.

2. Club Branding and Promotion

  • ADRAG will provide each club with a direct link to their custom-branded Impact Marketplace.
  • Clubs can link to this marketplace from their website or share it via social media, email, and other promotional channels.
  • Each Impact Marketplace will feature the club’s logo as the principal brand, reinforcing the club’s identity.
  • The club logo on the Impact Marketplace will also link back to the club’s main website, ensuring visibility and engagement with club activities.

3. Contributions and Fund Distribution

  • All contributions generated through the Impact Marketplace on your club’s website are collected and processed by ADRAG.
  • ADRAG will distribute 50% of the funds raised back to the club on a monthly basis.
  • If the amount raised in a given month is less than $100, it will be rolled over to the next month until the total reaches $100 or more.
  • Payments will be issued via check or ACH transfer and may take up to 30 days from the end of the prior month to be received.

4. Club Access and Administration

  • Each participating club will have full access to the Our Mayberry® admin panel, providing real-time tracking, reporting, and transparency over funds raised.
  • Clubs will have full control over the Business Directory, including the ability to approve or reject businesses that request to join.
  • Businesses listed in the directory can choose to participate in the giving model, contributing a percentage of their sales through the Impact Marketplace.

5. Tax and Legal Considerations

  • NOTE: Funds raised through the Impact Marketplace are not tax-deductible donations. So there is no need to follow up with users with tax deductible letters/receipts.

6. Agreement to Terms

By setting up and maintaining an Impact Marketplace powered by Our Mayberry on your club’s website, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. ADRAG and Our Mayberry reserve the right to update these terms as needed to enhance the program’s effectiveness.
