Celebrating ADRAG Club Champion Beth van Elswyk’s Success with Chip In Fore ALZ Fundraiser

The Alzheimer’s / Dementia Rotary Action Group (ADRAG) is thrilled to shine a spotlight on Beth van Elswyk of the Astoria Rotary Club in District 5100, who has made an incredible impact as a new ADRAG Club Champion. Shortly after taking on the role, Beth spearheaded the inaugural Chip In Fore ALZ Golf Tournament at the picturesque Seaside Golf Club in Astoria, Oregon, raising significant funds and awareness for Alzheimer’s and dementia support.

This event was a tremendous success, with every team in attendance already signing up for next year’s tournament. It was a shining example of what can be achieved through passion, dedication, and leveraging the tools available to our Club Champions. Beth used the resources provided in her ADRAG Club Champion portal to seamlessly organize and manage the tournament, showcasing how user-friendly and effective our platform can be for Rotary members looking to make a difference.

The funds raised during the tournament will directly support ADRAG’s ongoing efforts to provide education, advocacy, and support to those impacted by Alzheimer’s and dementia, both globally and locally. Beth’s leadership and drive to help those affected by these diseases are an inspiration to us all.

As we look forward to next year’s Chip In Fore ALZ event, we want to take a moment to extend a heartfelt thank you to Beth for her extraordinary work. She exemplifies the spirit of Rotary and the power of action. We are excited to see how this event grows and how Beth continues to lead the charge in making a difference in the fight against Alzheimer’s and dementia.
