Memory Makers is a fundraising event featuring a live trivia contest and A Song to Remember community voting. Register as an individual or club team, then invite donors and gather eligible trivia pledges leading up to November 14.

Start where you are
Bring your club together for Alzheimer’s and dementia awareness, caregiver support, and the connection music can bring. You can begin with one person registering and creating a team, then invite other members and supporters along the way.
You don’t need a list of donors or pledges ready before registering. Use the weeks leading up to November 14 to share your story and invite support.
No major fundraiser to organize. Start with your club’s team and a fundraising page you can share.

02 · BUILD SUPPORT
Share your page with friends, family, and colleagues. Invite donations or, if you choose to play trivia, eligible pledges per point with a contribution cap.
Keep building support leading up to November 14. Check the Memory Makers event page for the trivia pledge cutoff.
03 · NOVEMBER 14
Come together online for the live trivia contest, the song-story People’s Choice winner announcement, and a celebration of the funds raised by individuals, clubs, and supporters.
4:30–6:00 PM Pacific.
Build support before the show, vote during the song-story voting period, and celebrate the impact on November 14.

Story entries open October 10 · World Mental Health Day
Is there a song that brings back a special memory or connects you with someone you love? Share the song title and a short story—as an individual or a club team.
Rotarians and non-Rotarians are welcome. The community will choose a People’s Choice favorite, celebrated during the November 14 Memory Makers live show.
Share your song story, invite others to vote, and bring more supporters into the Memory Makers fundraiser.
Choose a song and tell us, in up to 150 words, why it matters to you or your team. A photo is optional; no recording or musical performance is needed.
Entries open October 10. Entry instructions, public voting dates, and contest rules will be shared here before submissions open.

The date to put on your calendar
The live national YouTube broadcast brings together the trivia championship, the A Song to Remember People’s Choice celebration, celebrity guests, awards, club recognition, Memory Wall highlights, and Grand Prize drawings—all celebrating the funds raised for the cause.

Register for Memory Makers →October 10, World Mental Health Day, is our public invitation to Rotarians and non-Rotarians alike—and the opening of entries for A Song to Remember. It also marks the fundraising campaign kickoff. Registration for Memory Makers is already open; the live show and trivia contest take place November 14.
Your club can register now or join as the campaign continues, with registration open through November 14. Begin inviting supporters when you register and build momentum toward the show.
